- Return any unused item in its original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
- Bring the item and your order reference to our Westlands shop, or arrange a pickup on WhatsApp.
- Refunds are processed to M-Pesa within 3 business days of the item being received and checked.
- Consumables and opened earphones/earbuds can only be exchanged if faulty.
